Staging a Modern Condo

Rooms in Bloom met with the owner of this modern condo and made recommendations for flooring, painting of both walls and cabinets, light fixtures and staging.
Once our client had implemented all our recommendations, our team staged this gorgeous unit. After staging, this condo got a full price offer within a week and sold firm in just over a month!

Working with Heather & Alana at Rooms in Bloom was a fantastic experience. From the moment Heather stepped into our home, it was obvious she knew what she was doing. She was respectful and polite, but honest. She told us what changes to make to maximize our sale and respected our budget.
