Remodeled Waterloo Townhome

This townhome was originally listed for sale, empty and outdated. After a full month without a single showing, our Realtor partners knew that changes had to be made so they called in our team to make a strategic plan to improve the appeal of this home.
We recommended new flooring, paint colors for walls and cabinetry, a complete update for the fireplace and new light fixtures. Once all the work was done, our team staged this now gorgeous townhome and it subsequently sold in 1 day, after receiving multiple offers, for $23K more than the original list price.

Working with Heather & Alana at Rooms in Bloom was a fantastic experience. From the moment Heather stepped into our home, it was obvious she knew what she was doing. She was respectful and polite, but honest. She told us what changes to make to maximize our sale and respected our budget.
The staging plan Heather and Alana came up with for us made our house look amazing and it sold in 3 days with no conditions! I would not hesitate to work with Rooms in Bloom again ... my only regret is that I didn't get them in to decorate before we put the house up for sale!
