Uptown Waterloo Modern Condo

This uptown Waterloo condo was previously on the market for months, partially furnished, prior to our team being contacted. After doing a walkthrough of the unit, we made recommendations on what furnishings could stay and what should be removed for staging purposes.

We were then hired to stage the condo and brought in modern furnishings & décor to enhance and complement the architectural features in each space. After staging in December, the condo got an offer within the first month and sold despite it being a relatively slow real estate period. Just goes to show that staging works!
