This gorgeous property in Waterloo was a joy to stage. After our team completed the home staging consultation, our clients quickly decided to implement our recommendations that included painting the main floor, packing away a lot of the furniture that didn't necessarily reflect the luxury lifestyle that we knew would be important to create that lifestyle prospective home buyers would aspire to have.
Once our team had staged this stunning home, it got an offer within a day for over list price.

If I could rate this a 10, I would! Alana from Rooms in Bloom was a pleasure to work with. She gave me so much great advise that helped sell my son's home. She was so responsive to each and every text, and truly cared about my project. Without a doubt, staging is well worth the money. The home looked gorgeous after the staging and it sold well over asking. The real estate agent said that people looked at the furniture and not the minor flaws of the home, Thanks Rooms in Bloom!
