Rooms in Bloom worked with the owners of this gorgeous historical Kitchener home to help them gently refresh the property to appeal to a wide demographic of prospective buyers.
Our team refreshed the paint colors throughout the home and then staged it with beautiful, modern furnishings to dramatically improve it's overall appeal & marketability. This property sold quickly during a slow real estate period which just goes to show how effective staging is to the home selling process.
